Who we are
Our team is committed to providing you with excellent service, from prompt and friendly telephone responses to follow-up consultations.
Mellisa, our office manager, has been on the front line for 20 years. She answers our phone, books inspections and makes arrangements for meetings with agents, clients and vendors. Mellisa has exceptional public relations skills and her friendly manner is appreciated by all.
Russ, a fully licenced inspector, has also been with us for 20 years and has an outstanding reputation in the industry. His eye for detail and dedication to diligence on the job has earned him many repeat clients and accolades.
Mike, our contractor, has been an inspector for six years, and has been with us for three, since Doug, a founding member, retired.
Judith, our office administrator, has been on the job since forming the company in 1996 with Doug, making this our 28th year of business!
