Our friendly, knowledgeable phone staff are happy to answer questions regarding the booking and inspection process and will liaison with agents and property owners to facilitate your onsite meeting with the inspector. If you cannot attend the inspection, alternate methods of review may be arranged.

Inspection reports are e-mailed to our long distance clients, and telephone consultations may be scheduled to review your report. Our well trained, experienced inspectors are happy to answer questions regarding the report, renovation plans, repairs and property maintenance.

Our offices are located in beautiful Victoria, B.C. We service the entire southern Vancouver Island region, including Sooke, Sidney, Duncan, Shawnigan Lake and surrounding areas.
